- Claude 2 I find i have practical research process limitations in the empirical analysis particularly in empiric limitations. I have had good success with bidder count and bid value for lets say 80% of tenders. I had intended specifically to develop the gate 1 primarily and have some supplier specific bidding behavior quantitative observations to get bid status rates. This also likely would be relevant to some gate 2 structural observarvarions like no-meat and meat criteria disqualification rates, that in KIBS i would expect to be higher to ensure from buyer quality in some critical cases. But, i have not been able to get the bid values. I could clean up and build the regression just from metrics building primarily on bidders and their bids without knowing the results. For academic rigour i could expand my working method to have larger set for both KIBS key word identified in other tender CPV codes as well as comparative set. Estimate the relevance of bid-status value to the thesis research and analytical methods it would enable. AS well as the alternative paths.

I feel intuitively that the role is a similar like K(s), meaning that there is certain differentiation within sectors and what are considered standard opportunity costs. There is also intention to have it as sort of discount rate in time value but more like the shadow price of capacity under uncertainty.
